rose gold

my friends can tell ya that i have had a long love affair with rose gold, especially when mixed with white and yellow golds. Needless to say i am so excited that rose gold is coming back big this year, even in footwear!!!

basic style

Abbie Cornish caught my eye in "Candy" a movie with the late Heath Ledger. Even though people dislike her for "stealing" ryan away from reese, I adore her! I also adore her simple, basic style. maybe it's because black is my own default color? ;)

chilewich

one day, two years ago, i was shopping around berkeley and came across these great little bags by "Chilewich." I still have them and they are great! One is always in my purse holding (at least 1 pound or two of) my make-up! The others i use when i travel. The big ones can be used as a clutch too, as long as you don't mind showing off what's inside:)

They also make passport covers and place-settings!!!
